Mikaeel (Murder) Conspiracy

Michael Jackson (MJ) was known as the most loving person in the world. He gave up most of his assets for charity and all his life, he fought for equality of the African Americans, AIDS victims, Against Drug Abuse, Against Abortion, Against Child Labor and secretly channeled his properties for the hungry children of the world. However, he wasn't peace at heart. He always thinks of himself as a child trapped inside a man's body. Being Peter Pan is his entire dream, never to grow up, forever a child. That inspires him to build Never land - a heaven for children. Children of all ages and races were welcomed to Never land. MJ had so much love to give.

However, he made a mistake which he didn't know of the consequences. He saw the peaceful life his brother, Jermaine (Muhammad Abdul Aziz) had as a Muslim - true, Jermaine faced so much pressure that he moved to Bahrain.

In 1989, MJ made a press conference which shocked the world, "I have seen the Islam in the life of my brother, I have read the books about Islam. And I'd love to someday feel the calmness and peace of Islam....."

Since that, MJ's life was never the same again.
He was accused of so many accusations against child molestation. MJ was not someone who can deal with much pressure as he is a 'delicate child'. All the extortion and black mail followed after that. Everything he did was being seen as wrong in the eyes of the Media. All these are to influence his fans to hate MJ. If he is hated, then he would not be influential anymore.

For several years, he stayed in England. Getting motivation from a long time friend, Cat Stevens, who had converted into Islam - named Yusuf Islam. From him, MJ learnt how Yusuf had survived being Muslim. He made friends with a song writer, Zain Bhikha too, who wrote a song titled, "GIVE THANKS TO ALLAH", which he wanted MJ to sing whenever he is ready.

Following his trial, MJ withdrew to Bahrain, where he was the special guest of sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the son of Bahrain’s king. It was then that Michael began to give conversion more “serious thought.”
MJ stayed in Bahrain for approximately 3 years. He studied Islam, the prayers and learned to read the Koran (al-Quran).

Finally, he came back to Los Angeles and in November 2008 MJ had formally converted to Islam in a ceremony at a close friend’s house in Los Angeles.
He performed Hajj with the King of Bahrain and son on December 2008.

He had a hidden agenda when he wanted to make a final comeback. He announced in a press conference on March 2009, "This will be my final concert. I'll see you all in July...."

He planned that during his concert, he would announce that this is the FINAL concert as he wouldn't be performing anymore. He will declare that he is a Muslim and will only sing with Yusuf Islam and Friends.
At the end of the concert, he will be singing the song, "GIVE THANKS TO ALLAH" with Yusuf Islam. That is the reason why he chose London as his final concert venue instead of the USA. It was because he thought he could escape the USA's extortion, and that he could perform with Yusuf Islam who is in England.

At 12.30am, 25th June 2009, he hugged his production manager and said, "After rehearsing for 2 months, I am finally ready for the concert..."
Before leaving to sleep, he waved his dancers, "It was a good night everyone. I'll see you all tomorrow..."
The next thing... He was pronounced dead at 2.26am....

When 911 were called, there are so many questions asked. It is as if they didn't know who MJ is and where he lived. The questions asked are more towards to delay time.
The hospital said the autopsy result can only be obtained after 2 months - very illogical as even the worst African technology could obtain the result in less than 2 weeks.

MJ's family members opt for second private autopsy as they started to feel something fishy is going on. The result came out in about 4 days - MJ was drugged with high dosage of anesthetic - drug that brings about a reversible loss of consciousness, if used to much could stop the heart from beating.

Another result which was not aired in the media was, MJ's stomach is empty of this drug, but his blood was filled with it - same case as the death of Marilyn Monroe.
The private doctors also found many needle marks, afraid to be forced injections given to MJ on his bed.

In CNN Live after a week, Barack Obama was interviewed. And he said, "I love MJ, I grew up listening to his songs. It is a great loss, but rest assured that there is no conspiracy in his death..."
Now, why must a President made such statement before the official autopsy result came out? How would he know that there is no conspiracy without the post-mortem result? Seems like someone is afraid of his shadows.

MJ was known to the world as a person who is against drug abuse. Why must he be addicted to drug, then? If he wanted to commit suicide, why rehearse for his concert? And why will he want to see his dancers the next day?

Enough about his death. I am sure people around the world are not stupid anymore. These supreme powers can fool us during the Marilyn Monroe conspiracy, Martin Luther King and Princess Diana. But in this MJ's case, they left too many loopholes for those who think...!!

MJ left us with this unfinished studio-recorded song, GIVE THANKS TO ALLAH.
MJ's family was about to give him a Muslim burial with the help of The Brotherhood of Islam. But, the CIA showed up at Never land’s door - blackmailed them that if they do so publicly, Katherine (MJ's mother) would be pull off from MJ's 3 children's custody as well as MJ's estates. Instead, they'll hire Debbie Rowe for the purpose, and the court will be in their favor. So much for democracy and fairness...

Finally, they agreed to let MJ have a Muslim Burial in Never land. But in condition, must show to the public a Christian Memorial Service, as to prove to the world that MJ was never a Muslim.

So, Staples Centre was just a normal show. That's why the coffin was closed and sealed.

MJ was buried days earlier. The Gold Coffin was empty. They were about to bury the Coffin according to Christianity ways in Hollywood - as in their deal with the USA Government.

These happened, because the USA is afraid of the rising numbers of Muslims in the world.

AZAAN A MIRACLE

*AZAAN A MIRACLE? YES!

Azaan: An incredible medium for the proclamation of Tawheed of Almighty Allah and Risaalat of Prophet Muhammad(saw),the sound of which constantly echoes around the globe.
Amazing as it sounds, but fortunately, for the Muslims of the world, it is* an established fact. Have a look at a map of the world and you will find Indonesia on the eastern side of the earth. The major cities of Indonesia are Java, Sumatra, Borneo and Saibil.
As soon as dawn breaks on the eastern side of Saibil, at approximately 5:30 am local time, "Fajar(morning) Azaan" begins. Thousands of Muazzins in Indonesia begin reciting the Azaan. The process advances towards west Indonesia . One and a half hours after the Azaan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta, Sumatra then follows suit and before this auspicious process of calling Azaan ends in Indonesia, it has already begun in Malaysia . Burma is next in line, and within an hour of its beginning in Jakarta, it reaches Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. After Bangladesh, it has already prevailed in western India, from Calcutta to Srinagar. It then advances towards Mumbai and the environment of entire India resounds with this proclamation. Srinagar and Sialkot (a city in north Pakistan) have the same timing for Azaan. The time difference between Sialkot, Quetta and Karachi is forty minutes, and within this time, Fajar Azaan is heard throughout Pakistan. Before it ends there, it has already begun in Afghanistan and Muscat . The time difference between Muscat and Baghdad is one hour. Azaan resounds during this one hour in the environments of Hijaaz-e-Muqaddas (Holy cities of Makkah and Madinah), Saudi Arabia, Yemen, United Arab Emirates , Kuwait and Iraq . The time difference between Baghdad and Alexandria in Egypt is again one hour. Azaan continues to resound in Syria, Egypt, Somalia and Sudan during this hour. The time difference between eastern and western Turkey is one and a half hours, and during this Alexandria and Tripoli (Libya) are located at one hour's difference. The process of calling Azaan thus continues throughout the whole of Africa. Therefore, the proclamation of the Tawheed" and "Risaalat" that had begun in Indonesia reaches the Eastern Shore of the Atlantic Ocean after nine and half hours. Prior to the Azaan reaching the shores of the Atlantic, the process of "Zohar (Noon) Azaan" has already started in east Indonesia , and before it reaches Dhaka,"Asr(late afternoon)Azaan" has started. This has hardly reached Jakarta one and half hours later, the time of "Maghrib(evening) Azaan"becomes due, and no sooner has "Maghrib" time reached Sumatra, the time for calling "Isha(night) Azaan"has commenced in Saibil. When the Muazzins of Indonesia are calling out "Fajar Azaan", the African Muazzins are calling the Azaan for Isha. If we were to ponder over this phenomenon thoughtfully, we would conclude the amazing fact that there is not even a single moment when hundreds of thousands of Muazzins around the world are not reciting the Azaan on the surface of this earth. Subhaan Allah!!! Even as you read this material right now, you can be sure there is Azaan somewhere!!! Allah said: "If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you."
If you are not ashamed, pass this message on...only if you believe.* *"Yes, I've faith in Allah. Allah is my fountain of Life and My Savior.

Allah
keeps me going day & night. Without Allah, I am no one.
But with Allah, I can do everything. Allah is my strength."

The Cognitive Process Of Life

Life is Full of struggles and responsibilities depriving a person the time to enjoy it to the fullest.

Halal: The most humane slaughter

The great festival of Eid-ul Adha, popularly known in this subcontinent as Bakra Id, is celebrated by the Muslims all over the world on the tenth of Dhul-Hijja (Month of Haj)every year through sacrifices and prayers in memory of the glorious sacrifice of the Prophets Ibrahim and his son Ismail(peace be upon them).
Millions of cattle are slaughtered on this auspicious day with a view to receiving the divine mercy through benevolence, benignancy, patience and constancy. This noble effort is, however, condemned by many ignorant non-muslims, shrouded by total ignorance about the significance and sublime essence of Qurbani(sacrifice), as an act of wanton cruelty. What is more, the Islamic practice of slaughter or sacrifice by slitting the throat with a sharp knife has come under attack by some animal rights activists as being an inhuman form of cruelty to animals.
It is claimed that the slaughtering of an animal with a knife is the most painful and tortuous method of killing. Nothing can be farther from the truth. It has been established beyond any shadow of doubt, through impartial scientific experiments conducted in non-Muslim countries, that the Islamic method of slaughtering with a knife is the least painful and thus the most humane method of killing an animal.
An animal is being stunned in a slaughterhouse in most of the Western countries, it is required by law to stun the animals with a shot in the head before the slaughter. It is done with a view to rendering the animal unconscious and thereby preventing it from reviving before it is killed so as not to slow down the movement of the processing line. It is also used from a humanitarian point of view. It is presumed that this stunning prevents the animal from feeling pain before it dies. But research conducted in a non-Muslim country like Germany has come out with very surprising findings which nail to the counter the allegations against the Islamic method of slaughtering with a knife.
The intensive research conducted at the School of Veterinary Medicine, Hanover University in Germany was headed by Professor Wilhelm Schulze. He was assisted by Dr. Hazim. The study was named: "Attempts to objectify pain and consciousness in conventional (captive bolt pistol stunning) and ritual (Islamic method of cutting with knife) methods of slaughtering sheep and calves."
The results were most unexpected to the non-Muslim Westerners. The claim that the CBPS (Capital Bolt Pistol Stunning) method was least painful and most humane dashed to the ground. The findings testified to the fact that the slaughter of an animal with a sharp knife is the least painful and most humane of all methods of killing.
In the study several electrodes were surgically implanted at various points of the skulls of all animals under experiment, touching the surface of the brain. The animals were allowed to recover for several weeks.
Some animals were then slaughtered, according to the Islamic method, by making a swift, deep incision with a sharp knife on the neck cutting the jugular vein and the carotid arteries as well as the trachea and esophagus. Other animals were stunned with the aid of a 'Captive Bolt Pistol' (CBP).
During the experiment an electroencephalograph (EEG) and an electrocardiogram (ECG) recorded the condition of the brains and the hearts of all the animals during the course of slaughter and stunning.

The results were as follows:

 Slaughtering with a knife (The Islamic Method)
1. The first 3 seconds from the time of the slaughter (in the Islamic Method) as recorded on the EEG did not show any change from the graph before slaughter, thus indicating that the animal did not feel any recognizable pain during or after the incision.
2. During the following 3 second, the EEG recorded a condition of deep sleep-unconsciousness. This is due to the large quantity of blood gushing out of the body. The sudden and profuse bleeding from the incision on the neck causes a shock resulting in a state of unconsciousness due to severe shortage of blood supply to the vital centers located in the brain.
3. After the above-mentioned 6 seconds, the EEG recorded zero level, showing no feeling of pain at all.
4. As the brain message (EEG) dropped to zero level, the heart was still pounding and the body convulsing vigorously (a reflex action of the spinal cord) driving out a maximum amount of blood from the body, thus resulting in hygienic meat for the consumers.
 Captive Bolt Pistol (CBP) Stunning Method
1. The animals were apparently unconscious soon after stunning.
2. But EEG showed severe pain immediately after stunning.
3. The hearts of animals stunned by CBP stopped beating earlier as compared to those of the animals slaughtered according to the Islamic method, resulting in the retention of more blood in the meat. This in turn is unhygienic for the consumer.
 CBP Method and mad cow disease (MCD)
The Western method of stunning animals with a shot in the head is not only severely painful, as shown by the above experiment, but it is also alarmingly unhygienic. There is rising concern (based on the findings of some researches) that the method may be a factor in the spread of Mad Cow disease (MCD) from cattle to human beings.
Two independent researches carried out recently at the Texas A & M University and by Canada's Food Inspection Agency discovered that a method called Pneumatic Stunning (in which a metal bolt is fired into the cow's brain and followed by a pulverizing burst of 150 pounds of air pressure) delivered a force so explosive that it scattered brain tissue throughout the animal's body. The findings are really disturbing since brain tissue and spinal cord are the most infectious parts of an animal with Mad Cow Disease which causes Swiss cheese like holes in the brain of the infected animal. It is all the more alarming because 30 to 40 per cent of the American cattle are stunned by pneumatic guns before the slaughter.
As for the most modern method of electric stunning being practiced in many developed countries, the Meat Inspection Branch of the United States Department of Agriculture came to the following conclusion in 1953: "The use of electric stunning methods by plants which operate under federal meat inspection has not been permitted as a result of experiments which were conducted several years ago at the University of Chicago. These experiments indicated that electric stunning in hogs resulted in certain changes in the tissues which could not be differentiated by gross examination from similar changes produced by disease."
In 1955 the Danish Ministry of Justice issued a circular, which said, "Stunning with electricity causes extravasations in meat, sanguinary intestines and fracture in the spinal column, pelvis and the shoulder blades through shock. The blood in the meat makes it more susceptible to putrefaction and has a detrimental effect upon its taste. The properties of the meat which would co-operate with the salt in extracting the blood traces are interfered within the animal undergoing shock convulsions prior to slaughter."
In 1954 British regulations were amended and electric stunning was prohibited, "the reason being that stunning seriously affected the quality of British bacon."
It was also observed: "Electric stunning hastens the onset of putrefaction in meat. The explanation of the phenomenon lies in the high lactic acid level following electric shocks prior to bleeding. High lactic acid alters the bacterial resistance of meat."
If the head of the animal is severed by one sharp blow through guillotining or Bali at the sacrificial post, there will be sudden contraction of voluntary muscles, which will expel important nutrient fluids and, as in electric shock, some lactic acid will also form. What is more, since the heart will stop suddenly, there will not be sufficient bleeding which is needed for better and healthier meat.
It is evident from the above-mentioned studies that the Islamic slaughter of animals is a blessing to both the animal and the person who consumes it. It may, however, be mentioned in this connection that the Islamic method insists on several measures to make the slaughter lawful.
This is done to ensure maximum benefit to both the animal and the consumer.
The holy Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) emphatic declaration in this regard should be mentioned first. The holy Prophet (pbuh) said: "Allah calls for mercy in everything, so be merciful when you kill and when you slaughter: sharpen your blade to relieve its pain."
According to a tradition transmitted by Muslim, the Apostle of Allah (pbuh) ordered a horned ram with black legs, a black belly and black round the eyes, and it was brought to him to be sacrificed. He told beloved wife Ayesha Siddiqua(RA) to get the knife, and then told her to sharpen it with a stone. When she had done so he took it, then taking the ram he placed it on the ground and cut its throat.
The Islamic method indeed demands that the knife to be used for slaughtering animals must be sharp and used swiftly. The swift cut of vessels of the neck disconnects the flow of blood to the nerves in the brain responsible for pain. Thus the slaughtered animal feels no pain.

It may be mentioned in this connection that the movements and withering of the different limbs of the animal after the incision is made are not due to pain, but due to the contraction and relaxation of the muscles deficient in blood. The convulsions are due to the contraction of the muscles in response to the lack of oxygen in the brain cells.
The muscles, by these contractions, squeeze out blood from the blood vessels in the tissues to pour it into the central circulation system to be sent to the brain, but this is lost on the way (due to cutting of big vessels in the neck) and the brain cells consequently keep on sending messages to the muscles to wring out blood, until the animal dies.
Convulsions thus occur when the animal becomes unconscious. And because the slaughtered animal becomes unconscious for massive hemorrhage, it does not feel pain while bleeding.
The holy Prophet's (pbuh) kindness to the animals extended to such an extent that he also instructed the Muslims neither to sharpen the blade of the knife in front of the animals nor to slaughter an animal in front of others of its own kind. It is unfortunate that very few Muslims today abide by this noble and unparalleled instruction of the last and greatest Prophet.
While offering Qurbani(sacrifice) on Eid-ul-Azha most of the Muslims unfortunately, ignore the above-mentioned humane instruction of the Apostle of God (phub) and recklessly slaughter camels and cows and lambs right in front of other animals. We not only fight shy of the holy Prophet's unique instruction but also very easily forget that the animals feel and suffer in the same way as the humans do.
Lastly, the Islamic method also insists that the cut should involve the windpipe (trachea), gullet (esophagus), and the two jugular veins without cutting the spinal cord. This method results in rapid gush of blood draining most of it from the animal's body. If the spinal cord is cut, the nerve fibers to the heart might be damaged leading to cardiac arrest, thus resulting in stagnation of blood in the blood vessels. The blood must be drained completely before the head is removed from the body. As most of the blood, which acts as medium of microorganisms, is removed the meat becomes purified and also remains fresh for a longer period as compared to the meat obtained through other methods of slaughtering like guillotining or decapitation, CBPS and electric stunning.
The Islamic method of slaughter is therefore not only the most humane and least painful but also the most hygienic of all the methods of killing animals.

Reading Holy Scriptures

Why do we read Qur’an, even if we can't understand a single Arabic word????

This is beautiful story :
An old American Muslim lived on a farm in the mountains of eastern Kentucky with his young grandson. Each morning Grandpa wakes up early sitting at the kitchen table reading his Qur’an. His grandson wanted to be just like him and tried to imitate him in every way he could. One day the grandson asked, "Grandpa! I try to read the Qur'an just like you but I don't understand it, and what I do understand I forget as soon as I close the book. What good does reading the Qur'an do?" The Grandfather quietly turned from putting coal in the stove and replied, "Take this coal basket down to the river and bring me back a basket of water." The boy did as he was told, but all the water leaked out before he got back to the house. The grandfather laughed and said, "You'll have to move a little faster next time," and sent him back to the river with the basket to try again. This time the boy ran faster, but again the basket was empty before he returned home. Out of breath, he told his grandfather that it was impossible to carry water in a basket, and he went to get a bucket instead. The old man said, "I don't want a bucket of water; I want a basket of water. You're just not trying hard enough," and he went out the door to watch the boy try again. At this point, the boy knew it was impossible, but he wanted to show his grandfather that even if he ran as fast as he could, the water would Leak out before he got back to the house. The boy again dipped the basket into river and ran hard, but when he reached his grandfather the basket was again empty. Out of breathe, he said, "See Grandpa, it's useless!" "So you think it is useless?"
The old man said, "Look at the basket." The boy looked at the basket and for the first time realized that the basket was different. It had been transformed from a dirty old coal basket and was now clean, inside and out. "Son, that's what happens when you read the Qur'an. You might not understand or remember everything, but when you read it, you will be changed, inside and out.
That is the work of Allah in our lives." If you feel this story is worth reading, please forward to your contacts/friends.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: "The one who guides to good will be rewarded equally"

YOUR RESUME IS YOUR TRUMPET

Your resume is a document that speaks for you and along with the covering letter should be tailor made to a specific job. Resume is your showcase and the first tool to be used in marketing yourself. A perfect resume achieves the objective of getting you shortlisted for an interview and becomes a stepping stone for the dreamt job. A cover letter on the other hand creates the first and lasting impression about you. Both your cover letter and resume should compliment each other and together determine whether you will receive an interview call or not.
If you send your resume and cover letter through courier or post then adequate care should be taken to ensure proper printing or typing of the contents and points of importance should be highlighted with the use of bold dark print or a highlighter. In case where the internet is being used to send your cover letter and resume then you must follow proper net etiquettes.
Ideally a resume should be two pages long, well written and sans errors of any kind and cover letter should not be more than a page long, neatly written with summarization of capabilities in a few sentences.
A Curriculum Vitae (CV) is more elaborate than a resume but both terms are used interchangeably. A career portfolio is more specialized and can contain multimedia files.
One should seek professional help in creating a beautiful and interesting resume and make full use of the latest resources available on the internet as recruiters appreciate a resume in which information is systematically organized in clear cut sections and in a chronological order highlighting keywords that are relevant to the job being applied for, this ensures that your resume is appealing and rightly targeted.
Basically there are three types of resumes Chronological, Functional, Combination
1) Chronological resume is the more traditional structure for a resume. The Experience section is the focus of the resume; each job (or the last several jobs) is described in some detail and there is no major section of skills or accomplishments at the beginning of the resume. This structure is primarily used when you are staying in the same profession, in the same type of work, particularly in very conservative fields. It is also used in certain fields such as law and academia. It is recommended that the chronological resume always have an objective or summary, to focus the reader.
Advantages: May appeal to older more traditional readers and be best in very conservative fields. Makes it easier to understand what you did in what job.
Disadvantage is that it is much more difficult to highlight what you do best. This format is rarely appropriate for someone making a career change

2) Functional resume highlights your major skills and accomplishments from the very beginning. It helps the reader see clearly what you can do for them, rather than having to read through the job descriptions to find out. It helps target the resume into a new direction or field, by lifting up from all past jobs the key skills and qualifications to help prove you will be successful in this new direction or field. Actual company names and positions are in a subordinate position, with no description under each. There are many different types of formats for functional resumes. The functional resume is a must for career changers, but is very appropriate for generalists, for those with spotty or divergent careers, for those with a wide range of skills in their given profession, for students, for military officers, for returning homemakers, and for those who want to make slight shifts in their career direction.
Advantages: It will help you most in reaching for a new goal or direction. It is a very effective type of resume, and is highly recommended.
Disadvantages are that it is hard to know what the candidate did in which job, which may be a negative to some conservative interviewers

3) Combination resume includes elements of both the chronological and functional formats. It may be a shorter chronology of job descriptions preceded by a short "Skills and Accomplishments" section (or with a longer Summary including a skills list or a list of "qualifications"); or, it may be a standard functional resume with the accomplishments under headings of different jobs held.
Advantages: This combined approach maximizes the advantages of both kinds of resumes, avoiding potential "turn-off" of either type.
Disadvantage is that they tend to be longer resumes. Another is that they can tend to be repetitious - accomplishments and skills may have to be repeated in both the "functional" section and the "chronological" job descriptions.

Numerous variations and hybrid versions combine the Chronological and Functional, but these two basic formats, once mastered, will provide the guidelines for any resume. These two forms vary mostly in the way that they layout and prioritize work history information.
Whatever the type of resume it basically serves to highlight your suitability for a job in your absence and thus must be cogent, easy to read, neatly formatted and contain vital info about your personality in terms of career objectives, summary, work experience and academic achievements. Resumes must be free of shortcomings such as grammatical errors, poor presentation and disorganized data.
Before finalizing your resume check its size, format, presentation, contents, authenticity of information, language use etc. Do not include references and salary history unless specifically requested.
A good commanding resume makes you win half the battle the moment it is presented.

Gahwa - The desert drink

Gahwa -- an age old custom
The preparation, serving and drinking of gahwa -- Arabian coffee -- are each individual rituals derived from Bedouin hospitality; traditions that are still bound today by the same ceremony and etiquette which have ruled for centuries.
According to legend, coffee-drinking began in Arabia almost 12 centuries ago when a goat herder named Khalid noticed that while the afternoon sun made him drowsy, his flock frolicked and gamboled after nibbling at the berries of a certain evergreen bush. The ingenious Khalid ground and boiled the agreeable berries and so invented a phenomenon that has worked its way into the marrow of everyday life.
The gahwa ritual starts when the host places a set of four coffee pots, called della, next to an open fire. He pours the coffee beans onto a mahmasa, a shallow, long-handled iron pan which he holds just above the flames. He stirs the roasting beans from time to time with a yad al mahmasa, which is attached by a chain to the small pan. When the beans are cooked they are left to cool before being pulverized with a pestle in a mortar called mahbash. When pounding the beans it is necessary to strike the side of the mortar occasionally with the pestle to free the grounds from sticking together. This noise is considered music and the guests should listen carefully and show appreciation of the host's artistic expression.
The largest della contains the coffee grounds from previous days, so water is poured into the second largest pot, to which the freshly ground coffee is added and then boiled over the fire. Meanwhile, the host pounds the cardamom seeds, and sometimes a pinch of saffron, in the mahbash. These spices go into the third della which is then filled with the freshly brewed coffee from the second pot and brought to the boil again. Finally the gahwa is poured into the fourth and smallest pot ready to serve.
It is always the host's privilege to serve his guests, although a servant may assist by holding the tray of small, china cups without handles. He may pour himself a small cup first in order to taste it, but strict rules of etiquette are observed in the serving order. When only men are present, the most important person in the room is served first. Age takes precedence if there is some doubt as to rank. Until a few years ago men were always served before women, but today that custom is often reversed, particularly if Westerners are among the guests.
The cups are only half filled, but guests may have several refills. It is polite to accept an odd number of cups -- one, three or five. When the guest has finished he should jiggle the empty cup from side to side, indicating to the host that he has had sufficient. To refuse the first round is considered not only bad manners but also an insult to the host.
Gahwa is never sweetened with sugar. Instead, fresh dates are offered as the standard accompaniment to the aromatic brew. The papery-skinned fingers of fruit contain 55% natural sugar which refresh and sweeten the palate between each sip of gahwa.
The proportion of coffee and cardamom in recipes for making gahwa varies considerably from region to region. The Saudia Arabian Airline offers its passengers a blend made from 25 grams of ground Arabic coffee, 35 grams of crushed cardamom and 1 litre of water. To be served a cup of this unique beverage is more than just refreshment, it is unfailing proof that the guest is still revered and honored in Saudi Arabia. In offering a cup of gahwa the host is saying Ahlan Wa Sahlan, welcome.

The Rise and Fall of Dubai

Way back in 1985 on my very first visit to this Emirate Dubai collectively known as United Arab Emirates comprising of 7 Emirates and with Abu Dhabi as its Capital I had visualized its growth. The desert was slowly being converted into a concrete Oasis.
I very well remember the stretch of road connecting Dubai and Sharjah having barren desert on either side with the exception of two outlets , one the world famous KFC and another a petrol pump on the right hand side after traversing a small distance from Dubai towards Sharjah .
Over the years UAE specially Dubai saw a massive growth and development with people from all walks of life from around the globe flocking for travel and conduction of business. Dubai became the Hub of business with its liberal policies, simple visa procedures, friendly atmosphere and its location acting as a Transshipment point in connecting the entire Gulf with South Asia and Far East countries. Businesses, industries and tourism blossomed and the government succeeded in portraying Dubai as a travelers delight by bringing to its land the best of both East and West, Dubai became a second home for the Asians especially Indians and Pakistanis.
In this span of 25 years Dubai became synonym with luxury, tourism and multinational businesses. The construction Industry was the most prospering business, growing and developing four folds in comparison to the entire world as everyone wanted a property in Dubai. The Construction bigwigs saw this as a big opportunity which eventually led to heavy competition amongst them as they started acquiring real estate at exorbitant prices thereby escalating real estate to a superficial level.
Dubai which was a destination for an average traveler became viable only for the ultra rich, along with real estate all other amenities and necessities skyrocketed.
Now, the last quarter of 2008 brought in the world recession which indeed is a difficult time for the whole world but more so for Dubai as it was placed in a superficial arena and main source of income for the government was from tourism which was inadvertently affected as wise persons curtailed their expenses and bid adieu to luxuries.
Now hundreds of accommodations, apartments and buildings are lying idle with no takers in sight in spite of rock bottom offers and baits being offered by the real estate developers. The industry is reeling under heavy losses and interests burden. Even the government is feeling the pinch as tourism is on decline and their coffers are rapidly draining and are in no position to bail out the construction Industry. This has also affected other industries and businesses which have shown signs of panic and are deporting and marginalizing their workforce to sail over these bad times.
Unfortunately Dubai’s income was entirely dependent on tourism and is not a oil rich emirate as in comparison to Abu Dhabi which is the richest and prosperous Emirate of UAE.
Dubai is now negotiating with Abu Dhabi to bail them out of these crises which they have agreed to but for a stipulated time frame and in lieu and consideration of projects and takeovers.
Dubai will be sinking further if the recession prolongs and will take years before they can make up to the lost glory.

American restriction on Indian medicos

Indian hospitals reeling under a lack of doctors and nurses since quite sometimes can now be releived after the announcement made by the US President curtailing the migration of these professionals to America. The medicos opted for higher paying jobs abroad as they spent a fortune on their education and also absence of jobs for fresh graduates, tinsel stipends for resident doctors in India further motivated them to cross the seas. The Health ministry believes that Indian government hospitals have been reduced to training grounds for nurses and para medics who after gaining one or two years experience fly abroad for better paying jobs. Apart from salaries, other factors like work pressure, poor patient-nurse ratio and lack of policies for nurses are the other reasons for their migration.

Now with globalization and improved government policies one can witness a new era of highly specialized Hospitals and Health Care Centres mushrooming all over India, whereby generating employment opportunities to talented personnel along with hefty pay packs and benefits in sync with international standards.

Hopefully this talent remains in India and serves it rightly.

Demand of Indian Manpower

Indian companies are sailing smoothly in the turbulent times despite sectors like information technology and others like BPO's ,Call Centres and outsourced businesses feeling the pain of the crisis. In fact, human resource (HR) consultants believe that headhunters would swipe out all the joblessness in the market in the coming 12 months. The best way to hedge against job loss, it is best to get the resume in place, contact former colleagues and bosses and tell them you are looking for a job change and contact good recruitment agencies as a short-term measure. Indian companies are creating jobs and employing people as India has a lot of job openings in the near future.
